At Showcase Mockup Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unused condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
